As the light faded from the sky, getting a good exposure and a high enough shutter speed to freeze any movement got a lot tougher. However the colors, pale by comparison a few minutes earlier, benefited immensely from it. In those last few moments of twilight my fingers danced with my camera's controls, using my familiarity with it to balance image quality and light sensitivity. Inevitably the lack of light caused my shutter speed to fall off a cliff, and my light sensor to finally give up the ghost...but not before I recorded this one last scene.
