Having come to this spot numerous times over the last 18 months I've been enamored with this wonderful location from day one. Trying every conceivable angle, and numerous fields of view, I was never happy with what I saw through my viewfinder. So I tried different seasons, spring summer and fall, different times of day from dawn to dusk, and considered low tide to high. Finally I decided what I really needed to do was to wait for weather conditions that would reduce the scene to it's most basic elements, few things do that better than fog. The final element that had to go was the distracting colors, but that was something only my software and not mother nature could do for me.
