Though it's not "Vandana-esk" it is my first decent looking mid-air capture of a bird so far. My 70-300mm lens has been fine for much of the shots I take at the cozier confines of Clove Lake, but here at the spacious environs of Wolfs Pond, a longer tele AF lens is a must and would do wonders for my results. But for now I'll just keep on plugging till I can afford one. And every once in a while something will fly by right in front of me and I'll get lucky, like I did here.
