The overcast sky and rain, really reduced my scenic shots of Wave Hill on this my first trip there ever, to a trickle. But what the weather conditions did to hurt my scenic photos, it more than made up for with what it did for my macro shots. As many nature photographers will tell you, this is the kind of weather you relish when trying to capture flowers and plants.

Well the with the diffuser I slipped over it I have to say I have no complaints.
  • Despite how well the shots came out with my new flash and diffuser, I still prefer bumping up the ISO and shooting by natural light when I can. There is something nicer and more beautiful with natural light than whatever I do with a flash.
