  • If your looking for a good location to put a fine optic like this 105mm micro lens to work, the tropical bird house at the Central Park Zoo is a really good place to visit.

  • Often you have to really look around slowly to catch many of the inhabitants here hiding right in front of your face.

  • With the long trip from Staten Island I was unable to visit here in either of my visits last year. So this day was my first time back visiting the "World of Asia" in over 20 years. Walking through the front door and recognizing the sights and even smells sent a flood of great memories rushing through me. A whole new habitat stood here where the Proboscis monkeys use to call home, but these Langers made for just as good a set of subjects.
