Neither rain nor snow....
The starlings and sparrows that frequent my many bird feeders are total slobs, spreading food all over the back of my deck. But many bigger birds gladly clean up the food they spread around, as most of the feeders are designed for small birds, and have no perch big enough to hold larger birds. So rain or shine, winter or spring these guys do much of the clean up for me.
