• Not more than a minute after our pint sized entertainer, put away his guitar and exited stage left. This spot became the platform for yet another Central Park bride and groom session, something I run into all the time.

 • Performers in the park
 • There are many gathering holes in Central Park. The Great lawn, the Mall, Conservatory Water, the Pond at the south east entrance. The Bethesda fountain area with it's wonderful view of the lake from the terrace is a big a people magnet as any of them. What makes this spot different from anywhere else in the park is the acoustics you find under the terrace. This attracts performers of all types, knowing they will almost always have a large number of visitors to sow off their skills to.
 • A group of entertainers took an interesting approach to performing at this busy spot in the park. They took turns sharing this great location to show off their stuff. A soloists, groups singers, a ballerina, and that little boy on the guitar, all shared this spot, that stool, and a common tip jar, that they all shared equally no doubt once they were all done performing.

I smart and equatable way to take advantage of this perfect spot to perform in on a beautiful summer day in my favorite park.

 • Walking past the Fragrance Gardens this spring morning on my trip to the Botanical gardens in Brooklyn I saw the sprinkler on and the pretty flowers it was watering and it didn't take but a moment for me to envision someone being tempted to dodge the water to try and capture shots of the pretty posies glistening from their shower. So i hung around the front gate and waited for humorous eventuality to take place.

Didn't take more than a minute or two for that very thing to happen, and I had my camera at the ready.
