  • On this my first ever trip to the Wave Hill gardens in the Bronx, the rains and overcast sky did much to put a damper on my scenic shots of this picturesque place. But occasionally I was able to get in a nice shot here and there anyway.

  • Whenever I'm out taking pictures with lots of fancy equipment I draw a lot of people to me. Last May while taking pictures in the rock gardens of the Bronx botanical society, a gentleman came up to me and we starting chatting away.<br /> <br /> One of the things we talked about was a wonderful little garden in Riverdale he'd discovered called Wave Hill. I kept the place in mind and decided to wait until the spring of this year to check it out, and what a marvelous little place it is.<br /> <br /> Several pretty little gardens complete with several nice views of the Hudson, and Palisades. If you like visiting pretty gardens it's worth the trip.

  • There are several of nice places to sit and enjoy the view of the Hudson at Wave Hill. This is one of them.

  • Second trip to Wave Hill and l haven't had a nice clear day with fluffy clouds to capture nice scenic shots from , but there were still lots of nice photo opps here anyway.
